Disclosure of Justice publishes what institutions decline to disclose. We obtain records that public bodies and private firms have withheld, verify them, and publish them in full. Every case on this site carries the underlying documents, so you can read them yourself rather than take our word for it.
Every case links to the source material, unredacted except where a redaction protects a person rather than an institution.
Nothing is published without a right of reply, and the reply is printed in full — at the length we gave the allegation.
Anything supported by a public record is marked as such and cited. Anything that is our own conclusion is marked as an allegation and stays that way until it is adjudicated.
